3). Can you handle small orders ?

Of course, in order to support clients' business, we will prepare some stock for many hot sale model in advance, so that we can sell small quantity products to you each time. We can also handle small custom orders.but there's extra cost for yarn/fabric/printing . It depends on details .

10. What’s your MOQ?

Our normal MOQ is 100pcs per design per color with mixed size.We also can make more less than our normal MOQ.But the price will be adjust accordingly.And we are glad to custom made samples for you to test the quality before bulk order.

11.What is your sample policy?

Sample leadtime is 7-10 days if we have stock . Samples shall be paid , and cost can be deducted from production .

12.What’s the production lead time?

All the products have 1-3 years warranty.

14. What's the packing ?

Normally it's one piece in polybag , then in 3-ply outer carton . Ok to follow your special requirement if you want .

17. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time;

For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door. When we calculate the freight for you, we will choose the cheapest, safest express company. It is the freight company that asks us to pay, so we can not make it cheaper. If you have your own agent in China, we can send the package to your agent.
