Indskill started from scratch and we respect, support and value all our customers who are starting or setting up new businesses. What we are today is a result of a tiny spark almost a decade ago. We still get excited when we receive trial orders, sample orders, and small orders, just the way we did earlier. Hesitation to ask, assumption, and thinking small are not the traits of a business.

3. Is it possible to meet the people working at Indskill my private factory?
Definitely! We stand up for our words and commitment. We provide you with the access and credentials to our your production unit of the factory. You can see where and at what is the status of the order. Whom all are working on it and what all is happening. You can also talk live with our your people/employees as well, ask them about the progress etc.
4. We have never imported from India. How is importing from India different from buying anything locally?
The experience of buying directly from us sitting anywhere in the world is equivalently the same as buying anything online from your own country. We have a bank account in most of the country, hence sending payment to us is as simple as transferring payment to your friends and family. We take care of logistics, we take care of import clearance as well. Give it a shot and experience it considered a part of the business.
5. What is the production lead time?
Different products have a different lead-time. Yarn ball winders have a high lead time compared to crochet hooks. Let’s finalize the requirement first, we will share our timelines with you. For priority/urgent orders, please let us know in advance so that we manage our work accordingly in order to complete your order timely.
