Products Description

Sludge storage silo

Sludge silo used to store dewatered sludge, the silo body is made of carbon steel anticorrosion material, It facilitates the
short-term storage of sludge as well as its outward transport, the equipment is in a good sealing ability, the bottom is fitted with a sliding frame, moving reciprocally under the drive of the hydraulic station to prevent sludge bridging. The screw at the bottom can control the quantity of the material, and the size and configuration of the silo can be customized according to customer requirements.

Sliding Frame Silos are designed to function with non-free flowing and difficult materials such as de-watered sludge cakes and biomass materials. The flat silo floor concept gives many advantages such as the maximum possible sized discharge openings. The sliding frame discharger creates “mass flow” within the silo even with these difficult materials.
