Customized samples are available at a cost of USD 200 and can be sent within 7-10 days. In some cases, the sample fee can be refunded when a bulk order is placed.

A: Stock items can be shipped within 7 days. Customized bulk orders typically require 30-35 days, depending on the order quantity and complexity.

Q9: What are your payment terms and methods?
A: For orders without printing, we require a 30% deposit. Orders with printing require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. We accept payment via T/T, L/C, D/P, credit card, and PayPal. We are open to discussing alternative payment methods.

A: Our workshop has dedicated QC staff who inspect all products during production and packing. Our packaging is designed to be safe and easy to fill.
