Dongfeng Dokali D9 sprinkler truck is a Solar photovoltaic panel cleaning vehicle which is a professional cleaning equipment designed, developed and manufactured by our company according to the special environment of my country's desert photovoltaic power station.

The main equipment consists of chassis travel system, power system, hydraulic system, remote control system, cleaning arm system and cleaning spray system.

1. Travel system: It adopts Class II chassis to adapt to various terrains and landforms, so that the cleaning platform is stable and maintains balance to the greatest extent.

2. Power system: It adopts diesel engine power to ensure that the travel system and cleaning spray system have enough power to work.

3. Hydraulic system: It adopts advanced oil pump, valve body and valve block to transmit the power generated by diesel engine to ensure the normal operation of the travel system and spray system.

4. Remote control system: It adopts advanced remote control products to enable the cleaning equipment to be operated and controlled by one person at a distance in a "fool-proof" manner.

5. Cleaning arm system: The cleaning arm has the functions of rotation, lifting, secondary adjustment of angle, control of spray distance and control of nozzle lifting.

6. Cleaning spray function: It adopts nozzle structure and hydraulic power drive to powerfully clean the dust attached to the surface of the component.

Main structure of photovoltaic panel cleaning vehicle:
A. The photovoltaic panel cleaning vehicle consists of a tank, a mechanical arm, a water pump, and a nozzle, which complete the work in one piece. The mechanical arm can rotate 180° on one side. All operations are completed in the cab. It is composed of electronically controlled hydraulics and pneumatics.
B. Cleaning function. The cleaning bracket is transported by the cleaning pump. The working pressure can reach 13-15mpa, and the flow rate is 170 liters per minute. The cleaning bracket is driven by the mechanical arm to the working position. The mechanical arm can rotate, lift, and adjust different angles. It is flexible and convenient to use.

Upload equipment part:
1. In order to achieve the flushing effect, a set of secondary deceleration device is installed on the chassis transmission part. When working, turn on the deceleration button in the cab to let the car move at a low and uniform speed.
2. The shape of the tank is: oval square tank, with a volume of 14 cubic meters. The tank steel plate is made of carbon steel with a thickness of 5 mm. The tank color: (chassis color) or user-specified color.
3. The flushing bracket is set to 3.5 meters long and equipped with 40 nozzles.
4. The main cleaning arm is designed for full hydraulic 360-degree rotation. The operation mode is electric control in the cab.
