3.Do you accept customized product?

Yes, OEM/ODM orders are highly accepted. Customized Logo and design on mass production are acceptable.

4. How about the package? Could you print our Logo on the package?

Export standard package is plastic bag/bubble wrap + foam board + carton box. We could print your Logo on the package.

5.How can we place an order?

6. How about your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is one container, 20GP or 40HQ. Of course you can purchase one sample first, but the freight and Customs cost will be higher.

Yes, it’s acceptable.

7-35 days after order confirmed according to order quantity.

9.What payment do you accepted?

Generally 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before delivery or at sight of the copy B/L, or L/C at sight, or you may place an order on Cooig and pay through Cooig directly.

10.What port is close to your factory?

It is close to Dalian port.

11.How long warranty time of your products?

Usually we provide 2 years warranty for safe(except lock) and 1 year warranty for lock from the date we send out the goods; If by sea shipping, then 13 months warranty.
