Product Description
Q11F-16C Cast steel Threaded Manual Drive ball valve is a three-section valve body, composed of bolts locked at both ends of the three-piece ball valve is internal thread joint, is also a more complex structure of an internal thread ball valve, the middle valve body adopts a high platform structure, convenient to install electric actuator and pneumatic actuator, easy to work site centralized control and remote control.
The opening and closing part is a sphere with holes, rotating around the axis perpendicular to the channel, so as to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the channel. Cast steel wire buckle ball valve simple structure, small volume, light weight, low flow resistance, good energy saving effect. Fluid into and out of the valve direction can be arbitrarily selected, with two-way effect.
Ball valve Q11F-10C is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, urban water supply and drainage strictly cut off conditions.
Main features
1.The ball valve Q11F-25C has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, small flow resistance, good energy saving effect and economical price.
2.The direction of fluid entering and exiting the valve can be selected arbitrarily, with bidirectional effect.
3.Both horizontal and vertical pipes can be installed.
4.The operation is convenient, the switch is quick, and the handle only needs to be turned 90 degrees to realize the switch.
5.When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and the valve seat are isolated from the medium, and when the medium passes through, the valve sealing surface will not be eroded.
